Grade 4 £23,500 to £ 23,893 (pro rata)
Actual salary £13,970 to £14,204 (for 25 hours 20 minutes)
Fixed term Contract to 18th July 2025
25 hours 20 minutes per week, term-time only
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated person to work part-time in our team of Inclusion Support Assistants. The role involves working with our students who need help, support and encouragement to enable them to achieve their goals.
Thomas Alleyne’s High School is a 13 – 18 school at the heart of its community that provides a broad and balanced curriculum for students. The school is passionate in providing effective professional development of our staff. The school is set in a rural location but is within easy reach of Burton, Derby, Lichfield, Stafford and Stoke.

This position is subject to a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS, formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions in your application form. All staff are also required to complete safeguarding training.
